Francisco Scaramanga is one of several Bond franchise characters who appear in the video game GoldenEye: Rogue Agent. There he is an official of Goldfinger's criminal organization in charge of its operations and technology division. Christopher Lee returned to the role for the game.

Scaramanga builds the gold-tinted cybernetic eye given to the game's protagonist, GoldenEye, and supplies upgrades for it, beginning with MRI vision. He often guides GoldenEye through an earpiece. He later loads the mechanical eye with a computer virus that GoldenEye can use to overload the OMEN. After GoldenEye and Pussy Galore leave the Lair in Galore's helicopter, Scaramanga and Number One, Ernst Stavro Blofeld, agree to wait and see what GoldenEye does next.
