Myrrah (Subject EV-184-9) was Queen of the Locust Horde, and co-creator of the Locust, from c. 30 B.E. until her death in 17 A.E. Through her daughter, Reyna Diaz, Myrrah continues to rule as Queen of the Swarm, an evolved form of the Locust, since 42 A.E.

Background

Born in Tyrus around 55 B.E. to an Imulsion miner, Myrrah was brought to the New Hope Research Facility where the COG Department of Health treated children afflicted with Rustlung. Myrrah developed a unique genetic reaction to Imulsion exposure that enhanced her immune system and decelerated her aging by 50%.

Seventeen years after Emergence Day, Myrrah was killed by Sergeant Marcus Fenix following the eradication of the Lambent and crystallization of the Locust by Adam Fenix's Imulsion countermeasure. Despite her death, Myrrah's consciousness survived by retreating into the mind of the Matriarch, the original Locust and source of the Hivemind.
