Reader's Guide
Mia, trying to quit heroin, stays at her family's remote cabin with her half-brother David, his girlfriend Natalie and their friends Eric and Olivia. Eric reads from the Naturom Demonto found in the cellar, and Mia is possessed in the woods. The book says the Taker of Souls must claim five souls, and the possessed can be purified by burial, dismemberment or burning; David buries Mia and revives her before sacrificing himself.
