The Saturdays were an English-Irish girl group from London, formed in the summer of 2007 and active until 2014. The members were Frankie Bridge, Una Healy, Rochelle Humes, Mollie King, and Vanessa White. They were put together by Fascination Records, a subsidiary of Polydor Records, which gave them a record deal immediately. Right after signing, they joined Girls Aloud on their Tangled Up Tour. Their music is pop, though their management later tried out dance-pop and electropop. Songwriters and producers like Ina Wroldsen, Steve Mac, Camille Purcell, and Quiz & Larossi worked on their tracks.

The album debuted at number ten in October 2013, their fourth top ten album. Their first greatest hits collection, *Finest Selection: The Greatest Hits*, came out on 11 August 2014, preceded by the single "What Are You Waiting For?" on 9 August 2014. They went on their Greatest Hits Live! tour in September 2014. The group sold over five million records in the UK and Ireland.
