Karina Brians and Kat Haslam met at age 17 and both knew their future was in writing and making music together. To fund their early demos, they sold their automobiles and slept rough in London. After trial and error with line-ups, Sirens formed when Lynsey Schofield and Lea Cummings joined. They signed with All Around the World Records and later released music on their own label.

Their debut single was 'Baby (Off the Wall)', which peaked at number 49 on the UK Singles Chart. Their only album, 'Sirens', was released in 2008 and became a club hit in the UK, achieving commercial success in the Far East.
