New Namek

New Namek is the planet where the Namekians resettle in Dragon Ball Z. After Frieza destroys planet Namek in a last attempt to kill Goku, the surviving Namekians are taken to Earth for nearly a year and then move to New Namek. Dende lives there after being brought back to life, until Goku asks him to become Earth's guardian. In the final battle with Majin Buu, Kibito Kai takes Dende to New Namek so its Dragon Balls can restore Earth and its people. In the sixth Dragon Ball Z film, Cooler, merged with a sentient planet-sized machine, tries to consume New Namek and is destroyed by Goku and Vegeta.
