Background

Aurora's Counter-Strike 2 team won the Skyesports Masters 2024 tournament with a 3-1 win over OG, which earned a place in the Skyesports Championship 2024. On 5 April 2025 the organisation acquired the Counter-Strike 2 roster of the Turkish organisation Eternal Fire.

In November 2023 the CS2 roster appeared in an advertising campaign with the Russian adult film actress Eva Elfie, who shares the 1xBet sponsorship; some fans criticised the ad as misogynistic.

The organisation's Apex Legends teams compete in the EMEA region of the Apex Legends Global Series and have been dogged by visa problems at international playoffs. Its Dota 2 division signed the former Talon Esports roster in November 2023, and its Mobile Legends teams play in the Philippine and Turkish leagues.
