Plot

The story assumes an Allied victory in Red Alert 2. The White House announces DEFCON 2 as Yuri, former head of the Soviet Psychic Corps, plans world domination via a network of Psychic Dominators. The Allied commander defends a time machine in San Francisco, secures power plants, and travels back to the Soviet invasion of San Francisco. Allied and Soviet leaders meet in London's Parliament Building to sign a peace treaty. Under Yuri's mind control, Lieutenant Eva reveals the meeting location; the Allied commander defends the building until ratification, then destroys Yuri's London base with Soviet help.
