Background
In his first playoff run Love dislocated his left shoulder in Game 4 of the 2015 first-round sweep of Boston and missed the rest of the postseason, including the Finals loss to Golden State. He re-signed in July 2015 on a five-year, $110 million deal and won the 2016 championship. He stayed with the Cavaliers until 2023, and his 21 rebounds in Game 1 of the 2017 Finals remain a franchise playoff record.
