Shane Harper (born February 1, 1989) is an American former professional ice hockey player. He last played with the Adirondack Thunder of the ECHL.

Playing career
Harper signed a three-year, entry-level contract with the Philadelphia Flyers on March 4, 2010. On June 12, 2013, he was traded to the New York Islanders along with a 2014 fourth-round draft pick for the rights to defenseman Mark Streit. After not receiving a new contract from the Islanders, he signed a one-year deal with the Chicago Wolves of the AHL as a free agent on September 9, 2013. In the 2014–15 season with the Wolves, he placed third in the league with 32 goals and 50 points in 75 games. On July 1, 2015, he signed a one-year, two-way contract with the Florida Panthers. He made the Panthers' opening-night roster in 2016 and made his NHL debut against the New Jersey Devils. On October 22, 2016, he scored his first NHL goal and later added a game-winner against the Colorado Avalanche. After 14 games with the Panthers for 3 points, he was reassigned to the Springfield Thunderbirds. On March 1, 2017, he was traded to the New Jersey Devils for Reece Scarlett. Unable to earn another NHL contract, he signed his first overseas deal on October 2, 2017, with HC Lada Togliatti of the KHL, recording 4 goals and 11 points in 36 games. On June 21, 2018, he signed a two-year contract with Örebro HK of the SHL. After three seasons in Sweden, he returned to North America on July 9, 2021, signing an ECHL contract with the Adirondack Thunder. As an alternate captain, he posted 22 goals and 52 points in 48 games. On April 29, 2022, he signed a professional try-out contract with the AHL affiliate Utica Comets.
