Boogie Beebies
A preschool dance programme that made a comeback to CBeebies in 2020.
Boogie Beebies is a BBC-produced interactive show for preschoolers that aired on CBeebies, launching on 27 September 2004 and taking home the Best Pre School Live Action BAFTA Children's Award in 2005. Each 15-minute episode taught a different weekly dance to an original short song, with moves inspired by nature or everyday life. It originally starred Nataylia 'Nat' Roni and Pete Hillier. From November 2006, Pete hosted alone with a new group called the Boogie Bunch. The series made a comeback to CBeebies in 2020, with Oti Mabuse hosting. Subsequently, BBC cancelled the show in the following year.
