Mike and Jesse want out, but Walt will not sell the methylamine.

Walt refuses the rival dealer's offer, intending to turn the methylamine into meth worth up to $300 million, which blocks Jesse and Mike from selling their shares. Skyler nearly confesses to Marie, who already knows about her affair with Ted Beneke.
