Lore & Background
Back in the drug business, Walt and Jesse agree that Walt will cook as a silent partner while Jesse sells on the street, with no further bloodshed. Walt tells Skyler that he deposited Elliott Schwartz's check, when in fact he plans to pay for treatment with meth money. Chemotherapy makes him vomit during class, and the janitor Hugo cleans up after him; at family therapy Skyler worries about his missing hours. While cooking, Jesse notices a radiotherapy burn on Walt's chest and realises that Walt is trying to provide for his family before he dies of lung cancer.
