Alien X Omnipotence
Ben's most powerful form, a Celestialsapien whose two personalities, Bellicus and Serena, he must win over to use it.
Alien X is Ben Tennyson's most powerful Omnitrix form, a Celestialsapien with vast reality-altering abilities that Ultimate Alien describes as virtual omnipotence. Ben avoids using it, because the form holds two other personalities, Bellicus and Serena, and he has to reach a compromise with them before it can act at all.

Lore & Background
Ben first uses the untested form in Alien Force to repair a broken dam. The task is easy for Alien X, but Ben is then locked in endless debate with Bellicus and Serena, unable to move or change back without their consent, until he persuades Serena to turn him into Swampfire. In Ultimate Alien he tries the form against Aggregor and cannot get the personalities to cooperate. In Omniverse a doomsday device erases the universe and only Ben survives, as Alien X; he convinces Bellicus and Serena to recreate it. The Celestialsapiens put him on trial for that, and by winning he gains complete control of Alien X.
Reader's Guide
The Celestialsapiens are described in Ultimate Alien as all-powerful, godlike aliens who can manipulate reality and time with their thoughts; their birthplace is the Forge of Creation, where the villain Aggregor tries to absorb the power of an infant of the species.
