Moonrise Towers

Ketheric Thorm's stronghold in the Shadow-Cursed Lands.

Moonrise Towers is the cultist stronghold of act two, reached through the Shadow-Cursed Lands, an oppressive and dark environment, after the party sacks or saves the grove and travels through the mountains or the Underdark in search of a new cure. Its lord, General Ketheric Thorm, Chosen of Myrkul, uses a relic called the Nightsong as the engine of his immortality; the protagonist takes sanctuary from the surrounding curse at the Last Light, a tavern held by tiefling refugees, Flaming Fist conscripts and Harpers, before confronting him.
