Vlaakith

Vlaakith CLVII, also known as the Lich Queen, is the ruler of the githyanki race in the Forgotten Realms. A former githyanki who became a lich, she makes her home in Tu'narath and holds such immense magical power that she is regarded as a demi-power, dwelling within the Astral Plane. Jealous and paranoid, she is willing to eat the souls of those who reach a certain level of strength to secure her position and bolster her own power, and the insane lich seeks to ascend to divinity. Her predecessor was Vlaakith CLVI.
