Excalibur
The Victory-class destroyer sent to find a cure for the Drakh plague.
Excalibur is the Victory-class destroyer at the centre of Crusade, the Babylon 5 spin-off that aired on TNT from June 9 to September 1, 1999. Set in 2267, five years after Babylon 5 and just after the film A Call to Arms, the series sends Excalibur out to search for anything that could help cure the Drakh nanovirus plague, which will destroy all life on Earth within five years.

In A Call to Arms, Interstellar Alliance president John Sheridan takes command of Excalibur and her sister ship Victory and leads the EarthForce and ISA fleets to victory; Victory is destroyed but Excalibur survives. In Crusade her captain is Matthew Gideon, played by Gary Cole.
