In Their Own Story

Atalanta's path to the final included a quarter-final victory over Juventus, the four-time defending champions. That win set up a semi-final tie, the first legs of which were played on 26 and 27 February 2019, with the second legs on 24 and 25 April 2019. After winning their semi-final, Atalanta advanced to the final at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome. There, they faced Lazio, who defeated them 2–0 to claim the title. It was Lazio's seventh Coppa Italia victory.
