Elisa Roner (born 4 July 2001) is an Italian archer who competes in compound events. Her biggest win came at the 2023 European Games in Poland, where she took gold in the women's individual compound. She followed that with a silver medal in the same event at the 2024 European Archery Championships in Essen, Germany.
Roner’s early career included a junior team bronze at the 2017 European Indoor Archery Championships in Vittel, France, alongside Camilla Alberti and Erica Benzini. At the 2018 World Indoor Archery Championships in Yankton, United States, she earned two junior medals: silver in the individual compound and bronze in the team compound with Elisa Bazzichetto and Sara Ret. (This competition later became the Indoor Archery World Series, which Roner won at the Las Vegas finals in both 2023 and 2024.)
In 2019, she took two junior golds at the European Indoor Archery Championships in Samsun, Turkey, and a junior bronze at the World Archery Youth Championships in Madrid, Spain. At the 2021 World Archery Championships in Yankton, she lost her second individual match to Russia’s Natalia Avdeeva, and the Italian women’s team was eliminated by France in the first elimination round.
At the 2022 European Indoor Archery Championships in Laško, Slovenia, Roner, Irene Franchini, and Marcella Tonioli won women’s team bronze. Later that year, at the European Archery Championships in Munich, Germany, she, Sara Ret, and Marcella Tonioli took silver in the women’s team compound; Roner also lost her individual bronze medal match.
At the 2023 European Games, besides her individual gold, she and Marco Bruno earned bronze in the mixed team compound. That same year, she competed at the World Archery Championships in Berlin in the women’s individual, women’s team, and mixed team events.
In 2024, Roner won gold in the women’s individual compound at the European Indoor Archery Championships in Varaždin, Croatia, and silver in the women’s team compound with Andrea Nicole Moccia and Marcella Tonioli. She then added the individual silver at the European Archery Championships in Essen.
