Pavlova rose to prominence at the 2014 World Indoor Championships in Nimes, France, where she and compatriots Lidiia Sichenikova and Veronika Marchenko defeated the German women 234–220 to capture the team recurve title. She also added a bronze medal by ousting Russia in a 5–4 shoot-off at the 2015 European Games in Baku. Pavlova was selected for the Ukrainian squad at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, competing in both individual and team recurve tournaments.
