Background
Heimerdinger is one of its founders and heads its council, whose members include Mel Medarda, Cassandra Kiramman and, later, Jayce Talis. Its enforcers police the city. After Jinx fires on the council just as it votes to grant Zaun independence, the survivors plan to send enforcers into Zaun, and in the second season Piltover declares martial law. The series ends with Piltover and Zaun fighting together against Viktor and the Noxian army.
