Jayce's Hammer (Mercury Hammer)

The Mercury Hammer is Jayce Talis's main weapon, an oversized hammer built around a Hextech crystal that fires powerful blasts of energy, triggered from a handlebar on the grip; the head splits in four to open onto the crystal. In its original form it is deep blue with gold accents. Its blueprints are visible as early as the first episode, and Jayce later swings it against Silco's chemtanks while Vi fights beside him in the Atlas Gauntlets. In season 2 he uses it against the Wild Rune and is thrown into an alternate universe shaped by Viktor's Glorious Evolution, where the fall breaks his calf and the hammer grows ever more corrupted by the Arcane until he strips it for parts to build a leg brace.

At the top of the Hexgates he takes the fully corrupted hammer from his alternate self, now butterfly-shaped and streaked with teal, purple, blue and pink corruption, and uses it to kill Viktor and later to fight the transformed Machine Herald.
