Road Rovers

Plot

One year prior, in Socorro, New Mexico, Professor Shepherd was forced to give up his experimental transdogmafier technology to General Parvo in exchange for his kidnapped dog Scout, but Parvo refused and destroyed his laboratory. A year later, as Parvo mutates normal dogs into monsters, Shepherd, who survived the attack, selects five dogs and uses his new transdogmifier to turn them into Cano sapiens. These dogs, pets of world leaders, become the crime-fighting Road Rovers.

Characters

Hunter, a Goldador from the United States, leads the team with an optimistic, funny, devoted, and level-headed demeanor. His power is super speed, allowing him to run faster than sound, and he lives with President Bill Clinton in the White House. He has a crush on Colleen, whom he openly flirts with in later episodes. Colleen, a Rough Collie from the United Kingdom, is the only female member and serves as the team's coordinator, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Exile, a Siberian Husky from Russia whose full name is Exilo Michalovitch Sanhusky, speaks English with a thick Russian accent and sometimes mixes up words. He is friendly and easygoing but often clashes with Blitz; his powers include super strength, heat vision, ice vision, and night vision. He formerly worked as a sled dog and now lives with Russian president Boris Yeltsin. Blitz, a Doberman from Germany, is selfish, immature, spiteful, faint-hearted, and ill-tempered.

He has razor-sharp claws and strong jaws for cutting through substances, was once a guard dog for thieves, and lives with German chancellor Helmut Kohl. Shag, a cowardly Old English Sheepdog from Switzerland, transformed only halfway into a Cano-sapien, cannot speak comprehensibly, and does not wear a uniform; he lives with Arnold Koller, the president of the Swiss Confederation. Muzzle, Professor Shepherd's Rottweiler originally named Scout, was kidnapped and experimented on by Parvo, driving him insane; he is often restrained on a cart in a straitjacket and mask.

Persia is an Afghan Hound and commander of the Space Rovers. Professor Hubert is a Bloodhound scientist. Confusus is a wise dog living in the mountains.
