Lore & Background
Asgard's Wrath is an action role-playing game designed for virtual reality headsets. The player controls a Norse god who is under the tutelage of Loki and must fulfill Loki's request to guide several preordained mortal heroes to fulfill their destinies. The game features five different heroes, each with unique play styles and special abilities. Players swing their sword to defeat enemies, parry attacks, and can throw weapons that magically return. Weapons may have status properties like lightning and poison. Health is restored by consuming food. Players can complete side missions, explore dungeons, find treasure chests and crates for crafting materials, and recruit animals to transform into humanoid followers who assist in puzzles and combat, though Loki must grant this ability.
