Background
The band Flyleaf released "All Around Me" as the third single from their debut album. The song became their biggest hit, reaching number 40 on the Billboard Hot 100 and earning a four-times platinum certification in the U.S. by September 2025. In its music video, directed by Paul Fedor, the band members wear white while lead singer Lacey Mosley appears in a grey dress. Red, yellow, blue, green, and black paint runs down the walls and later covers the band. This video version includes an extra refrain in the second chorus, making it 3 minutes and 34 seconds long, compared to the album version at 3 minutes and 18 seconds. It premiered on Fuse TV's Oven Fresh on June 25, 2007, and on Yahoo! Music three days later. The song also won a 2009 BMI Pop Award.
