Lore & Background

The film follows Eiji Hino as he battles three Mole Imagin, which use a boy named Naoki to travel through time to November 11, 1971. Kotaro Nogami and Teddy arrive on the DenLiner to pursue them, and Hino joins with his ally Ankh. In 1971, Nogami eliminates the Imagin, but Ankh drops a Cell Medal that a Shocker Combatman finds and presents to General Black. After returning to the present, the group discovers Shocker has taken over Japan and merged with other enemies to rule the world. Shocker brainwashes Kamen Riders 1 and 2 after creating the Shocker Greeed from the dropped Cell Medal combined with the power of the Shocker leader.
