In the Gaim segment, Armored Riders Gaim, Ryugen, Baron, Kurokage, and Gridon compete in Zawame City when a Crack appears. The Riders pursue the Pitcher Plant Inhumanoid into an alternate reality where feudal warlords command Bujin Riders—corrupted versions of Heisei Kamen Riders. The red-colored Bujin Gaim serves no warlord and defeats most Bujin Riders. After battles and alliances, the combined powers of Wizard, OOO, Fourze, and Double are used to destroy Bujin Gaim. The film ends with Takatora receiving a new transformation belt from Ryoma Sengoku, and the main Riders returning to Zawame.

Sokichi Narumi's Hidden Past

The W segment of the film functions as an origin story for Kamen Rider Skull, revealing the full history of Akiko Narumi's late father. Through a Gaia Memory, Akiko witnesses Sokichi investigating an opera singer named Melissa and her inhuman stalker, the Spider Dopant. His investigation leads him into the Yaguchi Talent Agency, where missing women are being used as test subjects for Gaia Memory research. Confronted by the Bat Dopant and the Spider Dopant, Sokichi receives the means to transform into Skull from his benefactor Shroud. He discovers that his partner Matsu is the Spider Dopant, driven mad after taking the Spider Gaia Memory to protect Melissa from her manager. Matsu had implanted a Spider Bomb in Melissa that would detonate if she touched her loved one. After killing both the Bat Dopant and Matsu, Sokichi promised young Akiko he would attend her wedding. The twist at the film's end reveals he too carried a Spider Bomb that survived his death.

The Nobunaga Homunculus

The OOO portion of the film centers on the Kougami Foundation's decision to use the mummified remains of the historical figure Oda Nobunaga to construct a Cell Medal-based homunculus imbued with his memories. The creation escapes and transforms into a monster, prompting Eiji Hino to intervene as Kamen Rider OOO. Hino takes the amnesiac Nobunaga under his protection, helping him secure employment at a software company. Nobunaga falls in love with a ballerina named Yoshino Akechi, but his monstrous nature surfaces when he transforms into Kamen Rider Birth to fight a Pteranodon Yummy and then reverts to his monster form, injuring Akechi. A Greeed named Giru exploits Akechi to spawn a female Pteranodon Yummy. After his Cell Medals break down, Nobunaga uses his remaining power to heal Akechi before scientist Kiyoto Maki gives him three black Core Medals that enhance his monstrous state. Hino ultimately kills Nobunaga to end his suffering, then pursues the black Core Medals as they fly away.
