The film opens with meteorites carrying a substance called SOLU falling to Earth, as the original seven Kamen Riders battle Foundation X's monsters but fail to stop them from retrieving the SOLU. In the OOO segment, a time portal opens over Japan, bringing Kamen Rider Poseidon from the year 2051. Eiji Hino and a resurrected Ankh fight Poseidon, eventually learning that the rider is Michal Minato, an antagonist from the start who uses Core Medals for his own ends. After Poseidon is destroyed, Lem Kannagi collects the Core Medals as the orchestrating villain.

Reader's Guide

His aide Katal serves as his enforcer, and the organization's agents infiltrate even academic settings, posing as college scientists to abduct SOLU specimens. This fracture within the villainous faction becomes the engine driving the entire crossover, forcing every Rider generation to unite against a threat that has outgrown the organization that originally created it.

Nadeshiko Misaki and the SOLU Switch

The Fourze segment delivers the film's most emotionally charged storyline. During Amanogawa High School's cultural festival, a mysterious girl crashes from the sky, and Kamen Rider Club member Gentaro Kisaragi rescues her. She is identified as Nadeshiko Misaki, but when Dustards attempt to abduct her, she reveals she can transform into Kamen Rider Nadeshiko. The Virgo Zodiarts soon arrives demanding her return, and Kisaragi and Misaki drive the enemy off. Taking her to the club's lunar base, the Rabbit Hatch, the two grow closer until a kiss prompts Kisaragi to realize she is not human. His friend Kengo Utahoshi explains that Misaki is a SOLU—a Seeds Of Life alien that mimics what it observes but possesses no genuine consciousness. Kisaragi refuses to accept this truth and snatches her away from the scientists studying her, only to discover they are Foundation X agents. Kannagi captures Misaki and converts her into a SOLU Switch. Left at the mercy of Katal, Kisaragi destroys the aide using an Astroswitch that Misaki herself created, before Eiji Hino arrives to recruit him for the final battle.

Ankh's Resurrection and the Poseidon Mystery

The OOO chapter introduces a layered time-travel mystery. A meteorite opens a temporal rift over Japan, and Kamen Rider Poseidon materializes from forty years in the future, attacking the present-day Riders. Eiji Hino rescues Erika Satonaka and Hina Izumi from monsters at the airport, but Poseidon turns on him. When Akira Date and Shintaro Goto arrive, Poseidon overwhelms them, and Hino shocks everyone by revealing he is a resurrected Ankh, ripping Core Medals from the enemy's body. The real Hino then appears, weakening Poseidon just enough for the foe to escape. At the restaurant Cous Coussier, the group regroups while Ankh refuses to explain his revival. When Poseidon returns and nearly kills Hino, the figure beneath the armor removes his helmet to reveal Michal Minato, a heroic future Rider whose severe aquaphobia was exploited by dozens of Core Medals emerging from a black hole, creating the Poseidon entity. Hino and Minato destroy the separated Poseidon, but Ankh vanishes—Hino discloses he too came from the future. Before the group can depart, Lem Kannagi strikes, stealing Poseidon's personal Core Medals.
