Haruto and Kosuke sneak into the castle and discover a machine containing Shiina's mother's corpse, used to drain citizens' mana. Sorcerer appears and attacks them. Beast helps Wizard escape to expose the plot, but Sorcerer overpowers and vanquishes Beast. Shiina loses his magic due to Haruto's actions. Haruto fails to convince the citizens of Maya's plan due to propaganda. He returns to the castle, is overwhelmed by guards, but is saved by Kosuke, who survived Sorcerer's attack. Haruto confronts Maya, who reveals he is not a magician and activates the machine. Sorcerer reveals himself as the Golden Magician. Haruto shatters the Common Ring, defeats Sorcerer, and Magic Land begins to vanish. Before returning, Wizard tells Maya they will meet again. Haruto and Koyomi wake up in their correct world and see Maya with his family and Shiina with his mother.
