After Date and Goto destroy the barrier, Eiji and Shun storm Gara's tower. Kougami and Satonaka secretly break out, and Gara assumes his true monstrous form. Shun's presence helps Eiji free Satsuki before the fight is interrupted by a crash-landing Kamen Rider Fourze, who befriends Eiji. They knock Gara into his tower, and Fourze leaves to return to school. Gara transforms into a dragon and overpowers Eiji and Date until the Greeed give Eiji their remaining Core Medals, allowing him to destroy Gara with Date's help.
