Cartagena de Indias is a location in Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception, seen in the chapters "Greatness from Small Beginnings", "Second-Story Work" and "Atlantis of the Sands". As a teenager, Nathan Drake comes here to steal Sir Francis Drake's ring from the Museo Marítimo. It is where he first meets Victor Sullivan and Katherine Marlowe, who are after the same ring.

Background
Young Nate spots Sully trying to steal the ring and lifts his wallet, which holds the key to the exhibit. That night he sneaks into the museum and takes the ring, but Sully and Marlowe catch him; they get the cipher disk while Nate hides the ring. When Marlowe slaps the boy, Sully turns against her and helps Nate escape across the rooftops.
