Teclis
The High Elf leader who rose following the world-ending actions of Archaon.
Teclis is a Legendary Lord unit introduced in Total War: Warhammer II. He is the twin brother of Tyrion, born into one of the oldest families of Ulthuan, and can trace his line back to the doomed Aenarion. Frail and caustic, his body can only be sustained by the consumption of magical potions, yet he is blessed with a talent for magic that makes him preeminent among the mages of Ulthuan and the whole world. It is even claimed that his power approaches that of the great Necromancer Nagash, and he has devoted his life to thwarting the powers of Chaos and death.

Lore & Background
Within the narrative of Warhammer Fantasy Battle, Teclis is mentioned solely in the context of Archaon's campaign to bring about the End Times. As Archaon gathered magical artifacts and earned the title 'Everchosen,' his actions inadvertently led to the rise of Teclis as a primary leader for the High Elves. This period marked the destruction of the Old World, effectively shutting down the original Warhammer Fantasy setting in 2015 and ushering in Age of Sigmar.
