Last Chance Gas
The Cook's gas station and barbecue stop in Newt, Texas, where fuel is almost never available.
Last Chance Gas is the gas station run by the Cook, Drayton Sawyer, in the first two films of the original continuity. It sells gas, ice, beer and barbecue, though it almost never has any gas. It stands in Newt, across the road from a cemetery.

Background
In the 1974 film the five friends stop there low on fuel and are told there is none, and later Sally runs there for help, only for the Cook to beat her and drive her back to the family's house. The barbecue is made from the family's victims. In Leatherface: The Texas Chainsaw Massacre III the travellers Michelle and Ryan stop at the Last Chance station, now run by Alfredo. A gas station is also one of the maps of the 2023 video game.
