Background
Tony has a mole removed that turns out to be skin cancer. He shares a tense, intimate moment with Adriana at her club but does not act on it, and tells Dr. Melfi he understood it would be bad for everyone. Driving to buy cocaine with Adriana, Tony swerves to avoid a raccoon and crashes, and a rumor spreads that Adriana was performing fellatio on him when it happened.
Christopher hears the rumor, beats Adriana, relapses and goes to the Bada Bing with a gun. Tony prepares to kill him unless he accepts the truth, but Tony Blundetto convinces him to have Christopher talk to the doctor who treated them, who explains that Adriana's injuries show she was sitting upright.
