The 70th episode of The Sopranos, and the fifth of its sixth season, is titled "Mr. & Mrs. John Sacrimoni Request..." Terence Winter wrote it, Steve Buscemi directed it, and it first aired on April 9, 2006. Upon its debut, it ranked as the most-watched program on U.S. cable television for that week. The plot centers on Johnny Sack being let out of prison for six hours under tight supervision to attend his daughter Allegra’s wedding, with all extra security costs charged to him. His joy at the event ends abruptly when U.S. Marshals inform him his leave is over.
