Plot
Ren is awakened by Stimpy stuffing food into his head for a head parasite named Choo-Choo Nong-Nong Head, acquired in the Amazon rainforest. Amused, Ren goes back to sleep. Choo-Choo answers a phone call from his cousin Nooney Bratweller, who enters through Stimpy's inwards. Frustrated by Nooney's antics, Choo-Choo convinces him to move into Ren's head.
Nooney immediately plays loud music, annoying the duo until Stimpy pokes Ren's head with a mop. The next morning, Ren is excited to see Stimpy cooking eggs Benedict, but Stimpy feeds them all to Choo-Choo, angering Ren. Nooney and his pig wake up and wrestle to silence Ren, torturing him further as the parasites plant mucus and vermin on his head. After Ren suffers manic episodes, Stimpy realizes he has a head parasite and congratulates him, even climbing into Ren's ear to party.
Stimpy attempts removal via vacuuming (accidentally beating Ren's brain), an eel (devoured by parasites), and dynamite (blowing himself up but not the parasites). At night, Nooney cooks in Ren's head, accidentally setting it on fire; the Fire Chief extinguishes it. Ren's head becomes unlivable, so Nooney leaves. Ren demands his head not be demolished; instead, it is renovated into an apartment complex for parasites, which Stimpy celebrates while Ren begrudgingly accepts over death.
