Plot

The House of Next Tuesday is a futuristic home that promises to kill giant ants, adjust the indoor weather (one man murders his roommate just to get a snowy interior), and spray annoying robot salesmen with honey, which then draws in giant ants for elimination. Ren and Stimpy are persuaded by a Salesman to buy it, but they shut the door on him and opt for a ten-day free trial instead. Their first experiment is with "future meat," and they get excited over a machine called the Jerky-2000.

They select Sweet 'N Sour Jerky, but the device swallows Ren because it requires flesh to function. Ren gets tortured inside as he is turned into jerky, which Stimpy then tries to eat. Ren moves to a food preparation gadget, and Stimpy lures him back with a promise of seafood. The machine delivers on that promise by serving pre-digested plankton from a blue whale, which disgusts Ren.

When Ren uses the toilet, he is unsettled by the ice-cold seat; Stimpy shows him a toilet seat warmer, which is actually a very fat human sitting on it for a few minutes to heat it up. Ren then goes comfortably, but his waste smells so terrible that even the female computer assistant voice struggles not to inhale. Stimpy next presents a "television of the future," a helmet TV that puts the user inside the action. Ren tries it and enjoys being a chef on a cooking show, but then he is visualized as a lobster being dropped into boiling water, which traumatizes him.

That night, Ren grows suspicious of the house, and Stimpy tries to reassure him. The bedroom has no bed, only a container that dispenses a pill called Insta-Bed, which needs a single drop of water to activate. It expands into a cozy bed, surprising both of them, but Stimpy's drooling adds too much water, causing the bed to grow out of control. This makes Ren want to leave, but Stimpy points out a time machine, calling it a convoluted plot device.

Instead of a normal exit, they use the time machine and end up back at the moment when Ren is using the helmet TV and getting dipped in scalding water, which is how the episode concludes.
