Pylon of Civilization

Pylons of Civilization are treasures created by the System that let their owner found and manage a settlement around them. Monsters and enlightened races alike can use them, but claiming one needs a nobility title. A Pylon is a transparent floating crystal about as wide as a person and a little under three metres tall, weightless while inactive and immovable once active. Its owner gains faster mana regeneration and a vague sense of intruders inside its area, and the people living there get bonuses, starting with more experience from non-combat work.
