The Rival

"The Rival" is the first episode of season 6 of The Amazing World of Gumball and the 197th overall. It opens with a flashback to four years before the series, when the Wattersons race to the hospital for Anais's birth, Richard driving straight through the emergency room. Eight-year-old Gumball and six-year-old Darwin are thrilled to meet their new sister, until the seemingly innocent baby throws them out of the car and into wet concrete, and the brothers set out to discover why Anais has turned against them.
