The first series of Fat Friends was released on VHS, the only series to appear in that format. A DVD of the first series and a box set of the first three series followed in March 2005, with the second and third series released individually in April 2005. Sony Pictures Home Entertainment held UK distribution rights, but all DVD releases are now out-of-print; the fourth series has never been released on DVD. In Australia, the first series was released in 2005 via Shock Records, and in the United States by Alchemy / Millennium in 2007.
