Fancy Nancy is an American animated comedy children's television series developed by Jamie Mitchell and Krista Tucker for Disney Junior, based on the children's picture book series by Jane O'Connor. The show follows Nancy Clancy, a young girl who loves fancy things and French culture, as she navigates life with her family and friends in a fictional version of Plainfield, Ohio. The series premiered on July 13, 2018, and concluded on February 18, 2022, after three seasons.

Nancy Margaret Clancy, voiced by Mia Sinclair Jenness, is a six-year-old (later seven) girl who loves fancy things and France, speaking French and favoring fuchsia and butterflies. She owns a Golden Doodle named Frenchy, a doll named Marabelle, a playhouse, and a secret mailbox for party invitations with her best friend Bree.
