Blood Kelp Trench
A dark trench of giant Bloodvines south-west of Lifepod 5.
The Blood Kelp Trench is one of Subnautica's Blood Kelp Zones, deep and dark biomes full of giant Bloodvines. It lies south-west of Lifepod 5, between the Dunes, the Sparse Reef, the Grassy Plateaus and the Sea Treader's Path.

Background
It is a single deep trench crossed by natural rock bridges, with a small cavern among the Bloodvine roots and a wreck wedged between its walls. It lacks the Crabsquids and Ghost Leviathan of the Northern Blood Kelp Zone but has Blighters, Ampeels and Warpers, and one of the Lost River's entrances is here.
