Set several years after the events of Postal 2's expansion Paradise Lost, the Postal Dude and his pitbull terrier Champ emigrate to the fictional town of Edensin, Arizona. After his car is stolen, the Dude takes on various jobs to earn money and recover his vehicle. The game's structure follows a weekly schedule of errands, including work as a prison guard, sewer worker, animal catcher, tasks for a gang, the mayor, the local mafia, and an enigmatic kingpin.
