The spoiled three-year-old cousin who bullies the babies - and TV Guide's seventh-greatest cartoon character.

Lore & Background
Angelica keeps up a rivalry with Susie Carmichael, Tommy's neighbour, who tries to convince the babies that Angelica is dishonest and manipulative. Her wealthy, hard-working parents are often preoccupied with their jobs, so her aunt Didi and uncle Stu often babysit her. Co-creator Arlene Klasky disliked the character's cruelty in the early seasons and argued with the writers about it, warming to the softened Angelica of the later seasons. In 2002 TV Guide ranked her seventh among its 50 greatest cartoon characters, and Paste placed her 46th in 2024. She is voiced by Cheryl Chase.
