Lil DeVille

A twin who loves dirt, bugs, and calling her brother by his full name.

Lillian Marie "Lil" DeVille (voiced by Kath Soucie) is the daughter of Howard and Betty DeVille. She lives next door to Tommy and is a fraternal twin, with Lil being older than Phil by just two minutes. She shares many similarities with her brother, including the same hairstyle and great love for dirt and eating bugs and earthworms. She argues with Phil frequently, and usually calls him by his full name, Phillip. Looking so much alike, they are often mistaken for one another by adults, with the main facial difference between the two being that Phil's earlobes are attached while Lil's are not. She is the same age as Tommy.

Lil DeVille is a main character in the original 1990s Nickelodeon animated television series, its various films, its All Grown Up! spin-off, and the 2021 reboot. She is one of the babies who regularly goes on adventures with Tommy, Chuckie, Phil, and later Dil and Kimi. Her defining trait is her love for dirt and eating bugs and earthworms, a passion she shares completely with her twin brother Phil.
