The Rugrats
Tommy Pickles and his playmates, whose everyday errands become epic adventures.
The Rugrats are a group of toddlers led by courageous one-year-old Tommy Pickles: his bespectacled, cowardly best friend Chuckie, the twins Phil and Lil from next door, Tommy's baby brother Dil, his spoiled cousin Angelica, Chuckie's stepsister Kimi and the neighbour Susie. Their day-to-day experiences become much greater adventures in their imaginations.

Lore & Background
The babies talk to each other whenever adults are absent or not paying attention, and understand the world only in part. Angelica and Susie, as toddlers, can speak with both the babies and the grown-ups, bridging the two worlds.
