César "Goyo" Ruiz Hernández is a Mexican Defending Operator in Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege, introduced in the Operation Ember Rise expansion alongside Amaru; his gadget was reworked in the Demon Veil expansion. When he was eleven a bomb destroyed his home, killing his father and sister, and his mother and the operator Amaru taught him to observe his surroundings. A Medium Health defender, his loadout includes the Vector .45 ACP submachine gun and the TCSG12 shotgun.
