Shalltear Bloodfallen's Vampire Form

Lore & Background

The significance of Shalltear's power was most starkly displayed during the incident involving the World Item [Downfall of Castle and Country]. When manipulated into forgetting her allegiance to Ainz Ooal Gown, she fought in a bestial form with wings and horns, utilizing her full array of blood manipulation and resurrection magic, proving that even a single Floor Guardian could challenge the level of power possessed by the Sorcerer King. The incident serves as a reminder to all within Nazarick that the guardians are not just servants, but apex predators capable of obliterating entire armies if their true nature is unleashed.

Reader's Guide

Shalltear's Vampire Form is a transformation ability that drastically alters her physical appearance and magical potential. In this state, she sheds her human guise to become a monstrous entity with elongated limbs, sharp claws, and prominent horns, emphasizing her status as an apex predator. This form grants access to higher-tier blood magic and necromancy that are unavailable in her standard guise. It allows for rapid regeneration, the ability to summon vast hordes of undead minions instantly, and the use of powerful area-of-effect spells that drain life from enemies while healing herself. Only Shalltear Bloodfallen wields this form, as it is intrinsic to her creation by the Supreme Being Victim. While she can choose when to activate it for combat or intimidation, external factors like magical domination can force the transformation if her will is compromised.
