Woden's Cleaners
A group of hitmen employed by Vladimir Lem to eliminate his opposition.
The Cleaners are a group of hitmen encountered in Max Payne 2: The Fall of Max Payne. They are first seen raiding a warehouse for guns, and later attack Max in his apartment, attempt to kill Mona Sax at a police station, and assault her hideout. Their base of operations is a construction site, which Max discovers alone after Mona is kidnapped.

Lore & Background
The Cleaners are ultimately revealed to be a tool of Vladimir Lem's deception, used to eliminate anyone who knows about the Inner Circle. Vlad is the mastermind and employer behind the Cleaners, using them to eliminate his opposition in order to take over both the Inner Circle and New York's criminal underworld.
