Background
The object creeps forward on its own while the attackers hold it and rolls back while the defenders hold it; only the attackers can speed it up by standing near it, and it stops whenever an enemy is close. In Competitive, the sides swap once the attackers reach the end or run out of time, and if both teams finish, tiebreaker rounds use each team's leftover time.
